Introduction to Composition Summer 2017

Intersection with Power Lines Welcome back, class.  Better late than never, as the saying goes.        We will have makeup class time later this week, on ground Wednesday, and online, for those who may want some leeway in getting work together.  The final exam is scheduled today, but if any wish to take it Wednesday during the makeup, just let me know. We will review papers assigned, grammar sheets, and in individual meetings anything of concern as regards your work.  The final essay of 350 words will follow and you will have most of class to complete it.   See you tonight.

Hurricane Irma, 2017 G ood evening.  Hope all of you students and those you care about are safe from the storm. As I write, Irma has not yet reached Florida.  What a week it has been! Our week 10 scheduled class has been cancelled due to the storm, so we will have to make due with the final week of class to bring the course to a proper finish.  I will update the blog early next week to notify you of anything critical by week 11.  Papers due or overdue can be emailed me anytime, preferably in the next several days.
